Psalm 45
King James Version
45 My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
2 Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee for ever.
3 Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty.
4 And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.
5 Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's enemies; whereby the people fall under thee.
6 Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.
7 Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
8 All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad.
9 Kings' daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir.
10 Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; forget also thine own people, and thy father's house;
11 So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him.
12 And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall intreat thy favour.
13 The king's daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold.
14 She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.
15 With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king's palace.
16 Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom thou mayest make princes in all the earth.
17 I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.

45 Au chef de chœur, à chanter sur la mélodie des « Lis »[a]. Une méditation[b] et un chant d’amour des Qoréites[c].
2 Mon cœur est tout vibrant ╵de paroles très belles.
Je dis : Mon œuvre est pour le roi !
Je voudrais que ma langue ╵soit comme le roseau ╵d’un habile écrivain.
3 Parmi tous les humains, ╵tu es bien le plus beau !
La grâce est sur tes lèvres ;
et l’on voit bien que Dieu ╵t’a béni à jamais.
4 Guerrier plein de vaillance, ╵ceins ton épée sur le côté !
Oui, revêts-toi ╵de ta magnificence, ╵de l’éclat de ta gloire.
5 Et dans ta gloire, ╵remporte des victoires !
Conduis ton char de guerre, ╵défends la vérité, ╵la douceur, la justice !
Que ta main se signale ╵par des actions d’éclat !
6 Tes flèches acérées
atteindront en plein cœur ╵les ennemis du roi
et tu feras tomber ╵des peuples sous tes pas.
7 Ton trône, ô Dieu, subsiste ╵pour toute éternité,
le sceptre de ton règne ╵est sceptre d’équité[d].
8 Tu aimes la justice, ╵et tu détestes la méchanceté.
Aussi, ô Dieu, ton Dieu[e] ╵t’a oint d’une huile d’allégresse[f]
et t’a ainsi fait roi, ╵de préférence ╵à tous tes compagnons.
9 Myrrhe, aloès, cannelle ╵embaument tes habits.
Dans les palais d’ivoire,
les harpes te ravissent.
10 Et voici les princesses ╵parmi les dames de ta cour[g],
la reine est à ta droite, ╵parée de l’or d’Ophir.
11 Entends, ma fille, et vois ! ╵Ecoute-moi :
Ne pense plus ╵à ton peuple et à ta famille.
12 Car le roi est épris ╵de ta beauté !
Lui, il est ton seigneur, ╵prosterne-toi donc devant lui !
13 Les habitants de Tyr[h], ╵viendront t’apporter leurs présents
pour gagner ta faveur ╵de même que les peuples les plus riches.
14 Toute resplendissante ╵est la fille du roi ╵dans le palais.
Ses vêtements ╵sont brodés de l’or le plus fin.
15 En vêtements brodés, ╵on la présente au roi.
De jeunes demoiselles ╵la suivent en cortège : ╵on les conduit auprès de toi.
16 On les conduit ╵dans la joie et dans l’allégresse,
elles sont introduites ╵dans le palais du roi.
17 Tes fils succéderont ╵à tes ancêtres,
tu les établiras ╵princes pour diriger ╵tout le pays.
18 Je redirai ta renommée ╵à toutes les générations.
C’est pourquoi tous les peuples ╵te loueront éternellement.

Le roi de Tyr fut le premier à reconnaître la dynastie davidique (2 S 5.11) ; Salomon a maintenu des relations fréquentes avec lui (1 R 5.15 ; 9.10-14, 26-28). Centre commercial important sur la Méditerranée, Tyr était renommée pour ses richesses (Es 23 ; Ez 26.1 à 28.19).

45 我心中湧出美麗的詩章，
我要把它獻給王，
我的舌頭是詩人手上的妙筆。
2 你俊美無比，口出恩言，
因此上帝永遠賜福給你。
3 偉大的王啊，
佩上你的寶劍，
你是何等尊貴、威嚴！
4 你威嚴無比，所向披靡，
捍衛真理和正義，
保護卑微的人。
願你的右手彰顯可畏的作為！
5 你的利箭刺穿敵人的心窩，
列國臣服在你腳下。
6 上帝啊，你的寶座永遠長存，
你以公義的杖執掌王權。
7 你喜愛公義，憎惡邪惡，
因此上帝，你的上帝，
用喜樂之油膏你，
使你超過同伴。
8 你的衣袍散發出沒藥、沉香和肉桂的芬芳，
你陶醉在象牙宮的弦樂中。
9 眾公主在你的貴客中，
戴俄斐金飾的王后站在你右邊。
10 女子啊，
要側耳傾聽：不要再掛念家鄉的父老，
