Psalm 42:2-4

^2 (A)My soul thirsts for God,
    for ^(B)the living God.
When shall I come and ^(C)appear before God?^[a]
3 (D)My tears have been my food
    day and night,
^(E)while they say to me all the day long,
    “Where is your God?”
⁴ These things I remember,
    as I ^(F)pour out my soul:
^(G)how I would go ^(H)with the throng
    and lead them in procession to the house of God
with glad shouts and songs of praise,
    ^(I)a multitude keeping festival.
