Psalm 41:7-9
New King James Version
Psalm 41:7-9
New King James Version
7 All who hate me whisper together against me;
Against me they [a]devise my hurt.
8 “An[b] evil disease,” they say, “clings to him.
And now that he lies down, he will rise up no more.”
9 (A)Even my own familiar friend in whom I trusted,
(B)Who ate my bread,
Has [c]lifted up his heel against me.
