Psalm 34:3-8

New International Version

⁴ I sought the Lord,^(C) and he answered me;
    he delivered^(D) me from all my fears.
⁵ Those who look to him are radiant;^(E)
    their faces are never covered with shame.^(F)
6 This poor man called, and the Lord heard him;
    he saved him out of all his troubles.^(G)
7 The angel of the Lord^(H) encamps around those who fear him,
    and he delivers^(I) them.

⁸ Taste and see that the Lord is good;^(J)
    blessed is the one who takes refuge^(K) in him.
