Psalm 33:9-11

⁹For he spoke, and it came into being;
he commanded, and it came into existence.^(A)

¹⁰The Lord frustrates the counsel of the nations;
he thwarts the plans of the peoples.^(B)
¹¹The counsel of the Lord stands forever,
the plans of his heart from generation to generation.^(C)
