Living Bible
29 Praise the Lord, you angels of his; praise his glory and his strength. 2 Praise him for his majestic glory, the glory of his name. Come before him clothed in sacred garments.
3 The voice of the Lord echoes from the clouds. The God of glory thunders through the skies. 4 So powerful is his voice; so full of majesty. 5-6 It breaks down the cedars. It splits the giant trees of Lebanon. It shakes Mount Lebanon and Mount Sirion. They leap and skip before him like young calves! 7 The voice of the Lord thunders through the lightning. 8 It resounds through the deserts and shakes the wilderness of Kadesh. 9 The voice of the Lord spins and topples the mighty oaks.[a] It strips the forests bare. They whirl and sway beneath the blast. But in his Temple all are praising, “Glory, glory to the Lord.”
10 At the Flood the Lord showed his control of all creation. Now he continues to unveil his power. 11 He will give his people strength. He will bless them with peace.

29 Hỡi các con Đức Chúa Trời, hãy dâng cho CHÚA,
Hãy dâng cho CHÚA vinh quang và quyền năng.
2 Hãy dâng cho CHÚA vinh quang của danh Ngài,
Hãy trang sức thánh[a] mà thờ phượng CHÚA.
3 Tiếng của CHÚA vang rền trên sông nước,
Đức Chúa Trời vinh quang sấm sét.
CHÚA ở trên các đại dương.
4 Tiếng của CHÚA hùng mạnh,
Tiếng của CHÚA oai nghiêm.
5 Tiếng của CHÚA bẻ gãy những cây bá hương,
CHÚA bẻ gãy các cây bá hương Li-ban.
6 Ngài làm Li-ban nhảy như con bê,
Và Si-ri-ôn[b] như bò tót tơ.
7 Tiếng của CHÚA phát ra ngọn lửa.
8 Tiếng của CHÚA làm rung chuyển đồng hoang,
CHÚA làm rung chuyển đồng hoang Ca-đê.
9 Tiếng của CHÚA làm nai cái đẻ con,[c]
Làm cho rừng cây trụi lá.
Nhưng trong đền thờ Ngài mọi người đều tung hô:
Vinh quang thay!
10 CHÚA ngự trị trên nước lụt.
CHÚA ngự trị làm vua muôn đời.
11 CHÚA ban năng lực cho dân Ngài,
CHÚA chúc phúc bình an cho dân Ngài.

1 Ascribe to the Lord,(A) you heavenly beings,(B)
ascribe to the Lord glory(C) and strength.
2 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name;
worship the Lord in the splendor of his[a] holiness.(D)
3 The voice(E) of the Lord is over the waters;
the God of glory(F) thunders,(G)
the Lord thunders over the mighty waters.(H)
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful;(I)
the voice of the Lord is majestic.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars;
the Lord breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.(J)
6 He makes Lebanon leap(K) like a calf,
Sirion[b](L) like a young wild ox.(M)
7 The voice of the Lord strikes
with flashes of lightning.(N)
8 The voice of the Lord shakes the desert;
the Lord shakes the Desert of Kadesh.(O)
9 The voice of the Lord twists the oaks[c](P)
and strips the forests bare.
And in his temple all cry, “Glory!”(Q)

29 Give unto the Lord, O ye mighty, give unto the Lord glory and strength.
2 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the Lord is upon many waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
5 The voice of the Lord breaketh the cedars; yea, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.
6 He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.
7 The voice of the Lord divideth the flames of fire.
8 The voice of the Lord shaketh the wilderness; the Lord shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.
10 The Lord sitteth upon the flood; yea, the Lord sitteth King for ever.
11 The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.
