Psalm 26
Of David.
1 Vindicate me,(A) Lord,
for I have led a blameless life;(B)
I have trusted(C) in the Lord
and have not faltered.(D)
2 Test me,(E) Lord, and try me,
examine my heart and my mind;(F)
3 for I have always been mindful of your unfailing love(G)
and have lived(H) in reliance on your faithfulness.(I)
4 I do not sit(J) with the deceitful,
nor do I associate with hypocrites.(K)
5 I abhor(L) the assembly of evildoers
and refuse to sit with the wicked.
6 I wash my hands in innocence,(M)
and go about your altar, Lord,
7 proclaiming aloud your praise(N)
and telling of all your wonderful deeds.(O)
8 Lord, I love(P) the house where you live,
the place where your glory dwells.(Q)
9 Do not take away my soul along with sinners,
my life with those who are bloodthirsty,(R)
10 in whose hands are wicked schemes,(S)
whose right hands are full of bribes.(T)
11 I lead a blameless life;
deliver me(U) and be merciful to me.

26 Hazme justicia[a](A), oh Señor, porque yo en mi integridad he andado(B),
y en el Señor he confiado(C) sin titubear[b](D).
2 Examíname, oh Señor, y pruébame(E);
escudriña[c] mi mente[d] y mi corazón(F).
3 Porque delante de mis ojos está tu misericordia(G),
y en tu verdad[e] he andado(H).
4 Con los falsos[f] no me he sentado(I),
ni con los hipócritas[g] iré(J).
5 Aborrezco la reunión de los malhechores(K),
y no me sentaré con los impíos.
6 Lavaré en inocencia mis manos[h](L),
y andaré en torno a tu altar, oh Señor(M),
7 proclamando con voz de acción de gracias
y contando todas tus maravillas[i](N).
8 Oh Señor, yo amo la habitación de tu casa(O),
y el lugar donde habita tu gloria[j](P).
9 No juntes mi alma con pecadores(Q),
ni mi vida con hombres sanguinarios(R),
10 en cuyas manos hay ardides inicuos(S),
y cuya diestra está llena de sobornos(T).
11 Mas yo en mi integridad andaré(U);
redímeme, y ten piedad de mí(V).
12 Sobre tierra firme[k] está mi pie(W);
en las congregaciones bendeciré al Señor(X).

26 Señor, yo me conduzco con integridad,
y en ti confío sin vacilar;
¡hazme justicia!
2 ¡Ponme a prueba, Señor! ¡Examíname!
¡Escudriña mis anhelos y mis pensamientos!
3 Siempre tengo presente tu misericordia,
y jamás me aparto de tu verdad.
4 No convivo con gente falsa,
ni me junto con gente hipócrita.
5 Aborrezco las reuniones de los malvados,
y no tengo parte con ellos.
6 Señor, mis manos están limpias de pecado,
así que puedo acercarme a tu altar
7 y prorrumpir en cantos de alabanza
para contar todas tus maravillas.
8 Señor, yo amo la casa en que resides,
la mansión donde se posa tu gloria.
9 ¡No me arrebates la vida
junto con los pecadores y asesinos!
10 ¡Tienen la maldad en la punta de los dedos!
¡Su diestra está llena de sobornos!
11 Yo, en cambio, me conduzco con integridad;
¡sálvame y ten compasión de mí!
12 Plantado estoy en terreno firme,

26 Vindicate (A)me, O Lord,
For I have (B)walked in my integrity.
(C)I have also trusted in the Lord;
I shall not slip.
2 (D)Examine me, O Lord, and [a]prove me;
Try my mind and my heart.
3 For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes,
And (E)I have walked in Your truth.
4 I have not (F)sat with idolatrous mortals,
Nor will I go in with hypocrites.
5 I have (G)hated the assembly of evildoers,
And will not sit with the wicked.
6 I will wash my hands in innocence;
So I will go about Your altar, O Lord,
7 That I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving,
And tell of all Your wondrous works.
8 Lord, (H)I have loved the habitation of Your house,
And the place [b]where Your glory dwells.
9 (I)Do[c] not gather my soul with sinners,
Nor my life with bloodthirsty men,
10 In whose hands is a sinister scheme,
And whose right hand is full of (J)bribes.
11 But as for me, I will walk in my integrity;
Redeem me and be merciful to me.

In the congregations I will bless the Lord.
