¹⁴ I am ^(A)poured out like water,
    and all my bones are ^(B)out of joint;
my ^(C)heart is like ^(D)wax;
    it is melted within my breast;
¹⁵ my strength is ^(E)dried up like a potsherd,
    and my ^(F)tongue sticks to my jaws;
    you lay me in the dust of death.

¹⁶ For ^(G)dogs encompass me;
    a company of evildoers ^(H)encircles me;
