    for I rejoice in the Lord.

¹⁵ O Lord, open my lips,
    and my mouth will declare your praise.

¹⁰⁸ Accept ^(A)my freewill offerings of praise, O Lord,
    and ^(B)teach me your rules.

¹⁸ If I had ^(A)cherished iniquity in my heart,
    ^(B)the Lord would not have listened.
¹⁹ But truly ^(C)God has listened;
    he has attended to the voice of my prayer.

^8 (A)The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord,
    but ^(B)the prayer of the upright is acceptable to him.

18 I love you, O Lord, my strength.
² The Lord is my ^(D)rock and my ^(E)fortress and my deliverer,
    my God, my ^(F)rock, in ^(G)whom I take refuge,
    my ^(H)shield, and ^(I)the horn of my salvation, my ^(J)stronghold.

5 Give ear to my words, O Lord;
    consider my ^(A)groaning.
² Give attention to the sound of my cry,
    my ^(B)King and my God,
    for ^(C)to you do I pray.
