And the ^(J)torrents of ^[a]destruction ^[b]terrified me.

And ^(B)subdues peoples under me.
⁴⁸ He ^(C)rescues me from my enemies;
You indeed ^(D)lift me above those who rise up against me;
You rescue me from a ^(E)violent man.
⁴⁹ Therefore I will ^(F)give thanks to You among the nations, Lord,
And I will ^(G)sing praises to Your name.
⁵⁰ He gives great ^[a](H)salvation to His king,
And shows faithfulness to ^(I)His anointed,
To David and ^(J)his ^[b]descendants forever.
