146 Praise ye the Lord. Praise the Lord, O my soul.
2 While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
4 His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
5 Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God:
6 Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:
7 Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The Lord looseth the prisoners:
8 The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind: the Lord raiseth them that are bowed down: the Lord loveth the righteous:
9 The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
10 The Lord shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the Lord.

(C)I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.
3 (D)Put not your trust in princes,
(E)in a son of man, in whom there is (F)no salvation.
4 When (G)his breath departs, he returns to the earth;
on that very day his plans perish.
5 (H)Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob,
whose (I)hope is in the Lord his God,
6 (J)who made heaven and earth,
the sea, and all that is in them,
(K)who keeps faith forever;
7 (L)who executes justice for the oppressed,

ମୁଁ ନିଜକୁ କହେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କର।
2 ମୁଁ ଜୀବନସାରା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି।
ମୁଁ ଜୀବନସାରା ମୋର ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସାର ଗୀତ ଗାଇବି।
3 ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଅଧିପତିମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର ରଖ ନାହିଁ।
ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଭରସା କର ନାହିଁ।
କାରଣ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
4 ଲୋକମାନେ ମରନ୍ତି ଓ କବର ନିଅନ୍ତି।
ଆଉ ସେହି ଦିନ, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଯୋଜନା ସବୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମରିଯାଏ।
5 କିନ୍ତୁ ସେହିମାନେ ଭାଗ୍ୟବାନ୍ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କର ଯାକୁବର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେହିମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ,
ସେହିମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରନ୍ତି।
6 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ, ପୃଥିବୀ, ସମୁଦ୍ର
ଏବଂ ଏଥିରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବସ୍ତୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ତିଆରି କଲେ।
ସେ ସର୍ବଦା ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
7 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଉପଦ୍ରବ ଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ପକ୍ଷରେ ଯାହା ନ୍ୟାୟ ତାହା କରନ୍ତି।
ସେ କ୍ଷୁଧାର୍ତ୍ତମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଦିଅନ୍ତି।
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବନ୍ଦୀଗଣଙ୍କୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କରନ୍ତି।
8 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରନ୍ତି।
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବିପଦରେ ପଡ଼ୁଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଠାନ୍ତି।
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଧାର୍ମିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରେମ କରନ୍ତି।
9 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭ ଦେଶରେ ରହୁଥିବା ବିଦେଶୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି।
ସେ ପିତୃହୀନ ଓ ବିଧବାଙ୍କର ଯତ୍ନ ନିଅନ୍ତି,
ମାତ୍ର ସେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କରନ୍ତି।
10 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଚିରକାଳ ରାଜ୍ୟ କରିବେ।
ହେ ସିୟୋନ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସଦାସର୍ବଦା ରାଜ୍ୟ କରିବେ।
