Psalm 119:67-75

^67 (A)Before I was afflicted I went astray,
But now I keep Your word.
⁶⁸ You are ^(B)good and ^(C)do good;
^(D)Teach me Your statutes.
⁶⁹ The arrogant ^[a]have ^(E)forged a lie against me;
With all my heart I will ^(F)observe Your precepts.
⁷⁰ Their heart is ^[b](G)covered with fat,
But I ^(H)delight in Your law.
⁷¹ It is ^(I)good for me that I was afflicted,
That I may learn Your statutes.
⁷² The ^(J)law of Your mouth is better to me
Than thousands of gold and silver pieces.

^73 (K)Your hands made me and ^[c]fashioned me;
^(L)Give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments.
⁷⁴ May those who ^[d]fear You ^(M)see me and be glad,
Because I ^[e](N)wait for Your word.
⁷⁵ I know, O Lord, that Your judgments are ^(O)righteous,
And that ^(P)in faithfulness You have afflicted me.
