who reject your instruction.^(B)

¹³⁶ My eyes pour out streams of tears^(A)
because people do not follow your instruction.

¹⁷ But if you will not listen,
my innermost being will weep in secret
because of your pride.
My eyes will overflow with tears,
for the Lord’s flock^(A) has been taken captive.
