145 I cried out (A)with all my heart; answer me, Lord!
I will (B)comply with Your statutes.
146 I cried to You; (C)save me
And I shall keep Your testimonies.
147 I [a](D)rise before dawn and cry for help;
I [b]wait for Your words.
148 My eyes anticipate the (E)night watches,
So that I may (F)meditate on Your [c]word.
149 Hear my voice (G)according to Your faithfulness;
(H)Revive me, Lord, according to Your judgments.
150 Those who follow after wickedness approach;
They are far from Your Law.
151 You are (I)near, Lord,
And all Your commandments are (J)truth.
152 From long ago I have (K)known from Your testimonies
That You have founded them (L)forever.

that I may meditate on your promises.

preserve my life,(H) Lord, according to your laws.
150 Those who devise wicked schemes(I) are near,
but they are far from your law.
151 Yet you are near,(J) Lord,
and all your commands are true.(K)
152 Long ago I learned from your statutes(L)
that you established them to last forever.(M)

That I may meditate on Your word.

Hear my voice according to Your [steadfast] lovingkindness;
O Lord, renew and refresh me according to Your ordinances.

Those who follow after wickedness approach;
They are far from Your law.

You are near, O Lord,
And all Your commandments are truth.

Of old I have known from Your testimonies

145 Clamei de todo o meu coração; escuta-me, Senhor, e guardarei os teus estatutos. 146 A ti te invoquei; salva-me, e guardarei os teus testemunhos. 147 Antecipei-me à alva da manhã e clamei; esperei na tua palavra. 148 Os meus olhos anteciparam-me às vigílias da noite, para meditar na tua palavra. 149 Ouve a minha voz, segundo a tua benignidade; vivifica-me, ó Senhor, segundo o teu juízo. 150 Aproximam-se os que seguem aos malvados; afastam-se da tua lei. 151 Tu estás perto, ó Senhor, e todos os teus mandamentos são a verdade. 152 Acerca dos teus testemunhos eu soube, desde a antiguidade, que tu os fundaste para sempre.

e suplico o teu socorro;
na tua palavra coloquei minha esperança.
148 Fico acordado nas vigílias da noite,
para meditar nas tuas promessas.
149 Ouve a minha voz pelo teu amor leal;
faze-me viver, Senhor,
conforme as tuas ordenanças.
150 Os meus perseguidores
aproximam-se com más intenções;[a]
mas estão distantes da tua lei.
151 Tu, porém, Senhor, estás perto
e todos os teus mandamentos são verdadeiros.
152 Há muito aprendi dos teus testemunhos
que tu os estabeleceste para sempre.
