Psalm 119:136-138

¹³⁶ Rivers of tears stream from my eyes
    because your Instruction isn’t being kept.

¹³⁷ Lord, you are righteous,
    and your rules are right.
¹³⁸ The laws you commanded are righteous,
    completely trustworthy.
