Psalm 112:4-9
English Standard Version
4 Light dawns in the darkness (A)for the upright;
he is gracious, merciful, and (B)righteous.
5 It is well with the man who (C)deals generously and lends;
who conducts his affairs with justice.
6 For the righteous will (D)never be moved;
(E)he will be remembered forever.
7 He is not (F)afraid of bad news;
his (G)heart is firm, (H)trusting in the Lord.
8 His heart is steady;[a] he will not be afraid,
until he looks in triumph on his adversaries.
9 He has (I)distributed freely; he has given to the poor;
his righteousness endures forever;
his (J)horn is exalted in honor.

6 Surely the righteous will never be shaken;(D)

7 They will have no fear of bad news;

in the end they will look in triumph on their foes.(I)
9 They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor,(J)
