Psalm 107:17-20

¹⁷Some were ^(A)fools through their sinful ways,
    and because of their iniquities suffered affliction;
¹⁸^(B)they loathed any kind of food,
    and they ^(C)drew near to ^(D)the gates of death.
¹⁹^(E)Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
    and he delivered them from their distress.
²⁰He ^(F)sent out his word and ^(G)healed them,
    and ^(H)delivered them from their destruction.
