Salmos 103
Traducción en lenguaje actual
¡Te alabaré con todas mis fuerzas!
SALMO 103 (102)
Himno de David.
103 ¡Con todas las fuerzas de mi ser
alabaré a mi Dios!
2 ¡Con todas las fuerzas de mi ser
lo alabaré y recordaré
todas sus bondades!
3 Mi Dios me perdonó
todo el mal que he hecho;
me devolvió la salud,
4 me libró de la muerte,
¡me llenó de amor y de ternura!
5 Mi Dios me da siempre todo lo mejor;
¡me hace fuerte como las águilas!
6 Mi Dios es un juez justo
que reconoce los derechos
de la gente que sufre.
7 A Moisés y a los israelitas
les dio a conocer sus planes
y lo que esperaba de ellos.
8 Mi Dios es muy tierno y bondadoso;
no se enoja fácilmente,
y es muy grande su amor.
9 No nos reprende todo el tiempo
ni nos guarda rencor para siempre.
10 No nos castigó como merecían
nuestros pecados y maldades.
11 Su amor por quienes lo honran
es tan grande e inmenso
como grande es el universo.
12 Apartó de nosotros
los pecados que cometimos
del mismo modo que apartó
los extremos de la tierra.
13 Con quienes lo honran,
Dios es tan tierno
como un padre con sus hijos.
14 Bien sabe nuestro Dios cómo somos;
¡bien sabe que somos polvo!
15 Nuestra vida es como la hierba,
que pronto se marchita;
somos como las flores del campo:
crecemos y florecemos,
16 pero tan pronto sopla el viento,
dejamos de existir
y nadie vuelve a vernos.
17 En cambio, el amor de Dios
siempre será el mismo;
Dios ama a quienes lo honran,
y siempre les hace justicia
a sus descendientes,
18 a los que cumplen fielmente
su pacto y sus mandamientos.
19 Mi Dios es el rey del cielo;
es el dueño de todo lo que existe.
20 Ustedes, sus ángeles poderosos,
que cumplen sus mandatos
y llevan a cabo sus órdenes,
¡alaben a mi Dios!
21 Y ustedes, sus ejércitos,
que están a su servicio
y cumplen su voluntad,
¡alaben a mi Dios!
22 Y ustedes, sus criaturas,
que llenan todos los rincones
de todo lo que existe,
¡alaben a mi Dios!
Yo, por mi parte,
¡alabaré a mi Dios,
con todas las fuerzas de mi ser!
Psalm 103
New King James Version
Praise for the Lord’s Mercies
A Psalm of David.
103 Bless (A)the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul,
And forget not all His benefits:
3 (B)Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who (C)heals all your diseases,
4 Who redeems your life from destruction,
(D)Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,
5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
So that (E)your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6 The Lord executes righteousness
And justice for all who are oppressed.
7 (F)He made known His ways to Moses,
His acts to the children of Israel.
8 (G)The Lord is merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy.
9 (H)He will not always strive with us,
Nor will He keep His anger forever.
10 (I)He has not dealt with us according to our sins,
Nor punished us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heavens are high above the earth,
So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him;
12 As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He (J)removed our transgressions from us.
13 (K)As a father pities his children,
So the Lord pities those who fear Him.
14 For He [a]knows our frame;
He remembers that we are dust.
15 As for man, (L)his days are like grass;
As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
16 (M)For the wind passes over it, and it is [b]gone,
And (N)its place remembers it no more.
17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting
On those who fear Him,
And His righteousness to children’s children,
18 (O)To such as keep His covenant,
And to those who remember His commandments to do them.
19 The Lord has established His throne in heaven,
And (P)His kingdom rules over all.
20 (Q)Bless the Lord, you His angels,
Who excel in strength, who (R)do His word,
Heeding the voice of His word.
21 Bless the Lord, all you His hosts,
(S)You [c]ministers of His, who do His pleasure.
22 Bless the Lord, all His works,
In all places of His dominion.
Bless the Lord, O my soul!

11 For (Q)as high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his (R)steadfast love toward (S)those who fear him;

so far does he (T)remove our transgressions from us.
13 As (U)a father shows compassion to his children,
so the Lord shows compassion (V)to those who fear him.

his (AN)ministers, who do his will!
22 (AO)Bless the Lord, all his works,
in all places of his dominion.
(AP)Bless the Lord, O my soul!
