^10 (A)All the horns of the wicked I will cut off,
    ^(B)but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.

¹² It is an abomination to kings to do evil,
    for ^(A)the throne is established by righteousness.

^8 (A)A king who sits on the throne of judgment
    ^(B)winnows all evil with his eyes.

⁸ As we have heard, so have we seen
    in the city of the Lord of hosts,
in ^(A)the city of our God,
    which God will ^(B)establish forever. Selah
