And (D)we are the people of His [a](E)pasture and the sheep of His hand.
(F)Today, [b]if you will hear His voice,
8 Do not harden your hearts as at [c](G)Meribah,
As on the day of [d](H)Massah in the wilderness,

Psalm 103:8-17
New American Standard Bible
8 The Lord is (A)compassionate and gracious,
(B)Slow to anger and abounding in mercy.
9 He (C)will not always contend with us,
Nor will He (D)keep His anger forever.
10 He has (E)not dealt with us according to our sins,
Nor rewarded us according to our guilty deeds.
11 For as high (F)as the heavens are above the earth,
So great is His mercy toward those who [a]fear Him.
12 As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He (G)removed our wrongdoings from us.
13 Just (H)as a father has compassion on his children,
So the Lord has compassion on those who [b]fear Him.
14 For (I)He Himself knows [c]our form;
He (J)is mindful that we are nothing but (K)dust.
15 As for man, his days are (L)like grass;
Like a (M)flower of the field, so he flourishes.
16 When the (N)wind has passed over it, it is no more,
And its (O)place no longer knows about it.
17 But the [d](P)mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting for those who [e]fear Him,
And His justice (Q)to the children’s children,

New International Version
8 The Lord is compassionate and gracious,(A)
slow to anger, abounding in love.
9 He will not always accuse,
nor will he harbor his anger forever;(B)
10 he does not treat us as our sins deserve(C)
or repay us according to our iniquities.
11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his love(D) for those who fear him;(E)
12 as far as the east is from the west,
so far has he removed our transgressions(F) from us.
13 As a father has compassion(G) on his children,
so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him;
14 for he knows how we are formed,(H)
he remembers that we are dust.(I)
15 The life of mortals is like grass,(J)
they flourish like a flower(K) of the field;
16 the wind blows(L) over it and it is gone,
and its place(M) remembers it no more.
17 But from everlasting to everlasting
the Lord’s love is with those who fear him,
and his righteousness with their children’s children(N)—
Psalm 103:8-17
King James Version
8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;
