¹² For ^(A)He who ^[a]requires blood remembers them;
He does not forget ^(B)the cry of the afflicted.

⁵ “Because of the ^(A)devastation of the afflicted, because of the groaning of the needy,
Now ^(B)I will arise,” says Yahweh; “I will ^(C)set him in the ^[a]safety for which he ^[b]longs.”
