Psalm 9:2-5

2 I will be filled with joy because of you.
I will sing praises to your name, O Most High.
3 My enemies retreated;
they staggered and died when you appeared.
4 For you have judged in my favor;
from your throne you have judged with fairness.
5 You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked;
you have erased their names forever.

3 When my enemies turn back,
they stumble and perish before[a] your presence.
4 For you have (D)maintained my just cause;
you have (E)sat on the throne, giving righteous judgment.
5 You have (F)rebuked the nations; you have made the wicked perish;
you have (G)blotted out their name forever and ever.
