Psalm 7:4-6

New International Version

⁴ if I have repaid my ally with evil
    or without cause^(A) have robbed my foe—
⁵ then let my enemy pursue and overtake^(B) me;
    let him trample my life to the ground^(C)
    and make me sleep in the dust.^[a](D)

⁶ Arise,^(E) Lord, in your anger;
    rise up against the rage of my enemies.^(F)
    Awake,^(G) my God; decree justice.
