¹² If ^[a]a man ^(A)does not repent, He will ^(B)sharpen His sword;
He has ^(C)bent His bow and prepared it.
¹³ He has also prepared ^[b]for Himself deadly weapons;
He makes His ^(D)arrows fiery shafts.

⁵ Your ^(A)arrows are sharp;
The ^(B)peoples fall under You;
Your arrows are ^(C)in the heart of the King’s enemies.

¹⁸ And their bows will dash the ^(A)young men to pieces,
They will not even have compassion on the fruit of the womb,
Nor will their ^(B)eye pity ^[a]children.
