³²Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth,^(A)
sing praise^(B) to the Lord,

³³To Him who ^(A)rides upon the ^[a]^(B)highest heavens, which are from ancient times;
Behold, ^(C)He ^[b]speaks with His voice, a ^(D)mighty voice.

³³to him who rides^(A) across the highest heavens, the ancient heavens,
who thunders^(B) with mighty voice.^(C)
