Psalm 54:2-4

English Standard Version

²O God, ^(A)hear my prayer;
give ear to the words of my mouth.

³^(B)For ^(C)strangers^[a] have risen against me;
ruthless men ^(D)seek my life;
they do not set God before themselves. Selah

⁴Behold, ^(E)God is my helper;
the Lord is the upholder of my life.
