⁸ I do ^(A)not reprove you for your sacrifices,
And your burnt offerings are continually before Me.
⁹ I shall take no ^(B)young bull out of your house
Nor male goats out of your folds.
¹⁰ For ^(C)every beast of the forest is Mine,
The cattle on a thousand hills.
¹¹ I know every ^(D)bird of the mountains,
And everything that moves in the field is ^[a]Mine.
¹² If I were hungry I would not tell you,
For the ^(E)world is Mine, as well as its fullness.
¹³ Shall I eat the flesh of ^[b](F)bulls
Or drink the blood of male goats?
¹⁴ Offer to God ^(G)a sacrifice of thanksgiving
And ^(H)pay your vows to the Most High;

¹¹ “^(A)What are your multiplied sacrifices to Me?”
Says Yahweh.
“I ^[a]have had enough of burnt offerings of rams
And the fat of fed cattle;
And in the blood of bulls, lambs, or goats ^[b]I take no pleasure.
