Psalm 35:12-14
New American Standard Bible 1995
12 They (A)repay me evil for good,
To the bereavement of my soul.
13 But as for me, (B)when they were sick, my (C)clothing was sackcloth;
I (D)humbled my soul with fasting,
And my (E)prayer kept returning to my bosom.
14 I went about as though it were my friend or brother;
I (F)bowed down [a]mourning, as one who sorrows for a mother.
