⁴ For the word of the Lord is right^(A) and true;^(B)
    he is faithful^(C) in all he does.
⁵ The Lord loves righteousness and justice;^(D)
    the earth is full of his unfailing love.^(E)

⁶ By the word^(F) of the Lord the heavens were made,^(G)
    their starry host^(H) by the breath of his mouth.
⁷ He gathers the waters^(I) of the sea into jars^[a];^(J)
    he puts the deep into storehouses.
⁸ Let all the earth fear the Lord;^(K)
    let all the people of the world^(L) revere him.^(M)
9 For he spoke, and it came to be;
    he commanded,^(N) and it stood firm.

¹⁰ The Lord foils^(O) the plans^(P) of the nations;^(Q)
    he thwarts the purposes of the peoples.
¹¹ But the plans of the Lord stand firm^(R) forever,
    the purposes^(S) of his heart through all generations.

¹² Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,^(T)
    the people he chose^(U) for his inheritance.^(V)
13 From heaven the Lord looks down^(W)
    and sees all mankind;^(X)
14 from his dwelling place^(Y) he watches
    all who live on earth—
¹⁵ he who forms^(Z) the hearts of all,
    who considers everything they do.^(AA)
