32 （ 大 衛 的 訓 誨 詩 。 ） 得 赦 免 其 過 、 遮 蓋 其 罪 的 ， 這 人 是 有 福 的 ！
2 凡 心 裡 沒 有 詭 詐 、 耶 和 華 不 算 為 有 罪 的 ， 這 人 是 有 福 的 ！
3 我 閉 口 不 認 罪 的 時 候 ， 因 終 日 唉 哼 而 骨 頭 枯 乾 。
4 黑 夜 白 日 ， 你 的 手 在 我 身 上 沉 重 ； 我 的 精 液 耗 盡 ， 如 同 夏 天 的 乾 旱 。 （ 細 拉 ）
5 我 向 你 陳 明 我 的 罪 ， 不 隱 瞞 我 的 惡 。 我 說 ： 我 要 向 耶 和 華 承 認 我 的 過 犯 ， 你 就 赦 免 我 的 罪 惡 。 （ 細 拉 ）
6 為 此 ， 凡 虔 誠 人 都 當 趁 你 可 尋 找 的 時 候 禱 告 你 ； 大 水 泛 溢 的 時 候 ， 必 不 能 到 他 那 裡 。

Blessed Are the Forgiven
A Maskil[a] of David.
32 (A)Blessed is the one whose (B)transgression is forgiven,
whose sin is covered.
2 Blessed is the man against whom the Lord (C)counts no iniquity,
and in whose spirit (D)there is no deceit.
3 For when I kept silent, my (E)bones wasted away
through my (F)groaning all day long.
4 For day and night your (G)hand was heavy upon me;
my strength was dried up[b] as by the heat of summer. Selah
5 I (H)acknowledged my sin to you,
and I did not cover my iniquity;
I said, “I (I)will confess my transgressions to the Lord,”
and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah
6 Therefore let everyone who is (J)godly
offer prayer to you at a time when you (K)may be found;
surely in the rush of (L)great waters,
they shall not reach him.
7 You are a (M)hiding place for me;
you preserve me from (N)trouble;
you surround me with (O)shouts of deliverance. Selah
8 I will (P)instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will (Q)counsel you with my eye upon you.
9 (R)Be not like a horse or a mule, without understanding,
which must be curbed with (S)bit and bridle,
or it will not stay near you.
10 (T)Many are the sorrows of the wicked,
but steadfast love surrounds the one who (U)trusts in the Lord.
11 (V)Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, O righteous,
and (W)shout for joy, all you (X)upright in heart!

14 On that day the Lord (A)exalted Joshua in the sight of all Israel, and they stood in awe of him just as they had stood in awe of Moses, all the days of his life.
15 And the Lord said to Joshua, 16 “Command the priests bearing (B)the ark of the testimony to come up out of the Jordan.” 17 So Joshua commanded the priests, “Come up out of the Jordan.” 18 And when the priests bearing the ark of the covenant of the Lord came up from the midst of the Jordan, and the soles of the priests' feet were lifted up on dry ground, the waters of the Jordan returned to their place and overflowed all its banks, (C)as before.
19 The people came up out of the Jordan on the tenth day of the first month, and they encamped at (D)Gilgal on the east border of Jericho. 20 And (E)those twelve stones, which they took out of the Jordan, Joshua set up at Gilgal. 21 And he said to the people of Israel, (F)“When your children ask their fathers in times to come, ‘What do these stones mean?’ 22 then you shall let your children know, (G)‘Israel passed over this Jordan on dry ground.’ 23 For the Lord your God dried up the waters of the Jordan for you until you passed over, as the Lord your God did to the Red Sea, (H)which he dried up for us until we passed over, 24 (I)so that all the peoples of the earth may know that the hand of the Lord is (J)mighty, that you may (K)fear the Lord your God forever.”[a]

6 So we are always of good courage. We know that (A)while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, 7 for (B)we walk by faith, not (C)by sight. 8 Yes, we are of good courage, and we (D)would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord. 9 So whether we are at home or away, we make it our aim to (E)please him. 10 For (F)we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, (G)so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.

11 Therefore, knowing (H)the fear of the Lord, we persuade others. But (I)what we are is known to God, and I hope it is known also to your conscience. 12 (J)We are not commending ourselves to you again but (K)giving you cause to boast about us, so that you may be able to answer those who boast about outward appearance and not about what is in the heart. 13 For if we (L)are beside ourselves, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. 14 For the love of Christ (M)controls us, because we have concluded this: that (N)one has died for all, therefore all have died; 15 and he died for all, (O)that those who live might no longer live for themselves but (P)for him who for their sake died and was raised.
