Psalm 31:15-17

International Standard Version

¹⁵My times are in your hands.
    Deliver me from the hands of my enemies
        and from those who pursue me.
¹⁶May your face shine on your servant;
    in your gracious love, deliver me.
¹⁷Let me not be ashamed, Lord,
    for I have called upon you.
Let the wicked be put to shame,
    let them be silent in the next life.^[a]
