But I am a worm(A) and not a man,
    scorned by everyone,(B) despised(C) by the people.
All who see me mock me;(D)
    they hurl insults,(E) shaking their heads.(F)
“He trusts in the Lord,” they say,
    “let the Lord rescue him.(G)
Let him deliver him,(H)
    since he delights(I) in him.”

Yet you brought me out of the womb;(J)
    you made me trust(K) in you, even at my mother’s breast.
10 From birth(L) I was cast on you;
    from my mother’s womb you have been my God.

11 Do not be far from me,(M)
    for trouble is near(N)
    and there is no one to help.(O)

He trusted on the Lord that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.

10 I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.

11 Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
