⁷ Some boast in chariots and some in ^(A)horses,
But ^(B)we will ^[a]boast in the name of Yahweh, our God.
⁸ They have ^(C)bowed down and fallen,
But we have ^(D)risen and stood upright.

²¹ With you I ^(A)shatter the horse and his rider,
And with you I shatter the ^(B)chariot and its rider,
²² And with you I shatter ^(C)man and woman,
And with you I shatter old man and ^(D)youth,
And with you I shatter choice man and virgin,
