Psalm 16:6-11
English Standard Version
6 (A)The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places;
indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance.
7 I bless the Lord who (B)gives me counsel;
in (C)the night also my (D)heart instructs me.[a]
8 (E)I have (F)set the Lord always before me;
because he is at my (G)right hand, I shall not be (H)shaken.
9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my (I)whole being[b] rejoices;
my flesh also dwells secure.
10 For you will not abandon my soul to (J)Sheol,
(K)or let your (L)holy one see (M)corruption.[c]
11 You make known to me (N)the path of life;
in your presence there is (O)fullness of joy;
at your right hand are (P)pleasures forevermore.
