5 Let the godly exult in glory;
let them (A)sing for joy on their (B)beds.
6 Let (C)the high praises of God be in their throats
and (D)two-edged swords in their hands,
7 to execute vengeance on the nations
and punishments on the peoples,
8 to bind their kings with (E)chains
and their nobles with fetters of iron,
9 to execute on them the judgment (F)written!
(G)This is honor for all his godly ones.
(H)Praise the Lord!

and a double-edged(D) sword in their hands,(E)
7 to inflict vengeance(F) on the nations
and punishment(G) on the peoples,
8 to bind their kings with fetters,(H)
their nobles with shackles of iron,(I)
9 to carry out the sentence written against them—(J)
this is the glory of all his faithful people.(K)
