⁴ He determines the number of the stars;
    he gives to all of them their names.^(A)

    Who created these?
He who brings out their host and numbers them,
    calling them all by name;
because he is great in strength,
    mighty in power,
    not one is missing.^(A)

¹⁰ On the orders of the Holy One they stand in their appointed places;
    they never relax in their watches.^(A)
