3 (A)He will not allow your foot to [a]be moved;
(B)He who keeps you will not slumber.
4 Behold, He who keeps Israel
Shall neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The Lord is your [b]keeper;
The Lord is (C)your shade (D)at your right hand.
6 (E)The sun shall not strike you by day,
Nor the moon by night.

7 The Lord shall [c]preserve you from all evil;
He shall (F)preserve your soul.
8 The Lord shall (G)preserve[d] your going out and your coming in
From this time forth, and even forevermore.

    the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun(C) will not harm you by day,
    nor the moon by night.

7 The Lord will keep you from all harm(D)—
    he will watch over your life;
8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going
