Psalm 119:9-16
New American Standard Bible
Beth
9 How can a young man keep his way pure?
By (A)keeping it according to Your word.
10 With (B)all my heart I have sought You;
Do not let me (C)wander from Your commandments.
11 I have (D)treasured Your word in my heart,
So that I may not sin against You.
12 Blessed are You, Lord;
(E)Teach me Your statutes.
13 With my lips I have (F)told of
All the (G)ordinances of Your mouth.
14 I have (H)rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies,
[a]As much as in all riches.
15 I will (I)meditate on Your precepts
And [b]regard (J)Your ways.
16 I shall [c](K)delight in Your statutes;
I will (L)not forget Your word.

Paul in Berea
10 (A)The brothers immediately sent (B)Paul and Silas away by night to (C)Berea, [a]and when they arrived, they went into (D)the synagogue of the Jews. 11 Now these people were more noble-minded than those in (E)Thessalonica, [b]for they received the word with [c]great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so. 12 Therefore, (F)many of them believed, [d]along with a significant number of (G)prominent Greek (H)women and men.

14 You, however, (A)continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them, 15 and that (B)from childhood you have known (C)the sacred writings which are able to (D)give you the wisdom that leads to (E)salvation through faith which is in (F)Christ Jesus. 16 (G)All Scripture is [a]inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, for [b]rebuke, for correction, for training in righteousness; 17 so that (H)the man or woman of God may be [c]fully capable, (I)equipped for every good work.
