Psalm 119:29-36
New International Version
29 Keep me from deceitful ways;(A)
be gracious to me(B) and teach me your law.
30 I have chosen(C) the way of faithfulness;(D)
I have set my heart(E) on your laws.
31 I hold fast(F) to your statutes, Lord;
do not let me be put to shame.
32 I run in the path of your commands,
for you have broadened my understanding.

33 Teach me,(G) Lord, the way of your decrees,
that I may follow it to the end.[a]
34 Give me understanding,(H) so that I may keep your law(I)
and obey it with all my heart.(J)
35 Direct me(K) in the path of your commands,(L)
for there I find delight.(M)
36 Turn my heart(N) toward your statutes
and not toward selfish gain.(O)

31 I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O Lord, put me not to shame.
32 I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
35 Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
36 Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
