But my heart (B)stands in awe of Your words.
162 I (C)rejoice at Your [a]word,
Like one who (D)finds great plunder.
163 I (E)hate and loathe falsehood,
But I (F)love Your Law.
164 Seven times a day I praise You
Because of Your (G)righteous judgments.
165 Those who love Your Law have (H)great peace,
And [b](I)nothing causes them to stumble.
166 I (J)hope for Your salvation, Lord,
And do Your commandments.
167 My (K)soul keeps Your testimonies,
And I (L)love them exceedingly.
168 I (M)keep Your precepts and Your testimonies,
For all my (N)ways are before You.

As one who finds great treasure.

I hate and detest falsehood,
But I love Your law.

Because of Your righteous ordinances.

Those who love Your law have great peace;
Nothing makes them stumble.(B)

I hope and wait [with complete confidence] for Your salvation, O Lord,
And I do Your commandments.(C)

My soul keeps Your testimonies [hearing and accepting and obeying them];
I love them greatly.
168
I keep Your precepts and Your testimonies,
For all my ways are [fully known] before You.
