Psalm 105:39-45

³⁹ He ^(A)spread a cloud for a covering,
    and fire to give light by night.
^40 (B)They asked, and he ^(C)brought quail,
    and gave them ^(D)bread from heaven in abundance.
⁴¹ He opened the rock, and ^(E)water gushed out;
    it flowed through ^(F)the desert like a river.
⁴² For he ^(G)remembered his holy promise,
    and ^(H)Abraham, his servant.

⁴³ So he brought his people out with joy,
    his ^(I)chosen ones with ^(J)singing.
⁴⁴ And he ^(K)gave them the lands of the nations,
    and they took possession of the fruit of the peoples' toil,
⁴⁵ that they might ^(L)keep his statutes
    and ^(M)observe his laws.
