³^(A)He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters,
Who makes the clouds His chariot,
Who walks on the wings of the wind,

³ and lays the beams^(A) of his upper chambers on their waters.^(B)
He makes the clouds^(C) his chariot^(D)
and rides on the wings of the wind.^(E)

¹³^(A)He waters the hills from His upper chambers;
The earth is satisfied with ^(B)the fruit of Your works.

¹³He waters the mountains^(A) from his upper chambers;^(B)
