he makes (E)the clouds his chariot;
he rides on (F)the wings of the wind;

3 and lays the beams(F) of his upper chambers on their waters.(G)
He makes the clouds(H) his chariot(I)
and rides on the wings of the wind.(J)
4 He makes winds his messengers,[a](K)
