2 The (A)kings of the earth take their stand
And the rulers take counsel together
(B)Against Yahweh and against His [a](C)Anointed, saying,
3 “Let us (D)tear their fetters apart
And cast away their cords from us!”

4 He who [b]sits in the heavens (E)laughs,
The Lord (F)mocks them.
5 Then He speaks to them in His (G)anger
