New English Translation
2 The Lord looks down from heaven[a] at the human race,[b]
to see if there is anyone who is wise[c] and seeks God.[d]
3 Everyone rejects God;[e]
they are all morally corrupt.[f]
None of them does what is right,[g]
not even one.
