Psalmul 14
Către mai-marele cântăreţilor.
Un psalm al lui David
1 Nebunul(A) zice în inima lui: „Nu este Dumnezeu!”
S-au stricat(B) oamenii, fac fapte urâte;
nu este niciunul care să facă binele.
2 Domnul(C) Se uită de la înălţimea cerurilor peste fiii oamenilor,
să vadă de este vreunul care să aibă pricepere
şi care să caute pe Dumnezeu.
3 Dar toţi(D) s-au rătăcit, toţi s-au dovedit nişte netrebnici;
nu este niciunul care să facă binele, niciunul măcar.

14 The (B)fool has said in his heart,
“There is no God.”
They are corrupt,
They have done abominable works,
There is none who does good.
2 (C)The Lord looks down from heaven upon the children of men,
To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.
3 (D)They have all turned aside,
They have together become corrupt;
There is none who does good,
No, not one.

14 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
2 The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
3 They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
