⁹ And it came to pass, when Moses entered the tabernacle, that the pillar of cloud descended and stood at the door of the tabernacle, and the Lord ^(A)talked with Moses.

^5 (A)Then the Lord came down in the pillar of cloud and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam. And they both went forward.

²¹ Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, ^(A)we have confidence toward God. ²² And ^(B)whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments ^(C)and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

² who was faithful to Him who appointed Him, as ^(A)Moses also was faithful in all His house.

³ Here I am. Witness against me before the Lord and before ^(A)His anointed: ^(B)Whose ox have I taken, or whose donkey have I taken, or whom have I cheated? Whom have I oppressed, or from whose hand have I received any ^(C)bribe with which to ^(D)blind my eyes? I will restore it to you.”

⁴ And they said, ^(E)“You have not cheated us or oppressed us, nor have you taken anything from any man’s hand.”

⁵ Then he said to them, “The Lord is witness against you, and His anointed is witness this day, ^(F)that you have not found anything ^(G)in my hand.”

And they answered, “He is witness.”
