⁶ Will you not revive us again,
    so that your people may rejoice in you?^(A)

² O Lord, I have heard of your renown,
    and I stand in awe, O Lord, of your work.
In our own time revive it;
    in our own time make it known;
    in wrath may you remember mercy.^(A)

¹⁸ Then we will never turn back from you;
    give us life, and we will call on your name.^(A)

² After two days he will revive us;
    on the third day he will raise us up,
    that we may live before him.

¹⁵ For thus says the high and lofty one
    who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy:
I dwell in the high and holy place
    and also with those who are contrite and humble in spirit,
to revive the spirit of the humble
    and to revive the heart of the contrite.^(A)

¹⁴ Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love,
    so that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.^(A)

²⁰ You who have made me see many troubles and calamities
    will revive me again;
from the depths of the earth
    you will bring me up again.^(A)
