⁵ Blessed are those whose strength^(A) is in you,
    whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.^(B)

⁷ The Lord is my strength^(A) and my shield;
    my heart trusts^(B) in him, and he helps me.
My heart leaps for joy,^(C)
    and with my song I praise him.^(D)

⁸ The Lord is the strength^(E) of his people,
    a fortress of salvation^(F) for his anointed one.^(G)

¹² I will strengthen^(A) them in the Lord
    and in his name they will live securely,^(B)”
declares the Lord.

“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,^(A)
    to the temple of the God of Jacob.^(B)
He will teach us^(C) his ways,^(D)
    so that we may walk in his paths.”
The law^(E) will go out from Zion,
    the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

⁸ I desire to do your will,^(A) my God;^(B)
    your law is within my heart.”^(C)

⁴ “In those days, at that time,”
    declares the Lord,
“the people of Israel and the people of Judah together^(A)
    will go in tears^(B) to seek^(C) the Lord their God.
⁵ They will ask the way^(D) to Zion
    and turn their faces toward it.
They will come^(E) and bind themselves to the Lord
    in an everlasting covenant^(F)
    that will not be forgotten.

³³ “This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel
    after that time,” declares the Lord.
“I will put my law in their minds^(A)
    and write it on their hearts.^(B)
I will be their God,
    and they will be my people.^(C)
