50 The ^(A)Mighty One, God the Lord,
Has spoken and called the earth
From the rising of the sun to its going down.

The Lord’s name is to be praised.

⁸ A lion has roared!
Who will not fear?
The Lord God has spoken!
^(A)Who can but prophesy?

^2 (A)Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth!
For the Lord has spoken:
“I have nourished and brought up children,
And they have rebelled against Me;

^6 (A)You alone are the Lord;
^(B)You have made heaven,
^(C)The heaven of heavens, with ^(D)all their host,
The earth and everything on it,
The seas and all that is in them,
And You ^(E)preserve them all.
The host of heaven worships You.

¹¹ For ^(A)from the rising of the sun, even to its going down,
My name shall be great ^(B)among the Gentiles;
^(C)In every place ^(D)incense shall be offered to My name,
And a pure offering;
^(E)For My name shall be great among the nations,”
Says the Lord of hosts.
